Mayor Harold E. Miller presented Veteran Harold Wolverton with a proclamation in honor of his service to the United States Army. Mr. Wolverton is a Purple Heart Recipient for his service in the Vietnam War. Thank you to Mr. Wolverton for your dedication, sacrifice, and bravery.
