On Friday, December 15, 2023, a Ground Breaking Ceremony was held for the anticipated Park Place Development located on Park Drive in Weirton, WV 26062.
The Park Place Development is a new mixed-use development that when completed will offer 32 executive style apartments, 24,000 Sq. ft. of professional and retail space with additional outparcels for quick service retail.
Common area amenities at the development include a public green space with a fountain and fireplace.
The
project is a multi-phase public/private partnership between the City of Weirton, the Business Development Corporation of the Northern Panhandle and Park Drive Development, LLC.
