Thanks to support from the community and local businesses $3,080.00 was raised at the walk.
A Special Thank You to Cove Presbyterian Church, Mario's Restaurant, R.E. Saxon Jeweler, Weirton Board of Parks, Weirton Area Chamber of Commerce and Best You Boutique for assisting with the sales of Cancer Awareness Bracelets and Window Ribbons as well as donations.
All Proceeds went to WVU Children's Hospital Cure Kids Fund. The check was presented to the fundraising directors Erin Blake and Rachelle Dillinger of Morgantown WV.
