On Friday, December 1, 2017, Anthony Starko, Pierce Reilly, Sr., and Travis Combine were sworn in as probationary patrolmen in the Weirton Police Department. The three new probationary patrolmen will train with the Weirton Police Department until they depart for the police academy in January 2018. Weirton congratulates these three young men on their new roles, and wishes them great success as they continue on to the academy.
