Craig Howell, Weirton Daily Times was in attendance.
NEW BUSINESS
I. Resolution directing the City Clerk to advertise and post a public hearing for the Tax Increment Finance District funded project.
It was moved by Councilman Dalrymple and second by Councilman DeMasis to accept this resolution.
The motion was carried with a 7-0 vote.
