Beginning at a point on the West Virginia and Pennsylvania state line and the intersection of the center line of Pennsylvania Avenue; thence south along said state line to the intersection of the Brooke and Hancock County line; thence west along the county line to the intersection of Alexanders Run (a stream); thence northward and easterly along Alexanders Run (a stream) to a point being the center line of Oakland Avenue extended westward, and the point of the intersection of the center line extended southward of Warsaw Street; thence northward along the center line extended and center line of Warsaw Street to the intersection of the center line of Pennsylvania Avenue; thence westward along Pennsylvania Avenue to the intersection of the center line of Palm Drive; thence northwesterly along the center line of Palm Drive to the intersection of the center of Culler Road; thence northeasterly and northwesterly along the center line of Culler Road to the intersection of the center line of Kings Creek; thence eastward along center line of Kings Creek to the West Virginia and Pennsylvania state line; thence south along said state line to the point and place of beginning.  Comprising Ward 7, City of Weirton, West Virginia, Hancock County precincts 25, 27 and 28.
