The Disruptive Activity Board shall consist of three (3) members. The members shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by council. Terms of office shall be for three (3) years. The board shall select one (1) of its members to serve as chairperson. Members of the City’s governing body and current uniformed employees of the city’s department of Public Safety may not serve as members of the board. The City Manager of his/her designee shall serve as an ex-officio advisory member of the board but shall have no vote on any matter before the board.
