1. How do I get a Pool Credit?: Call the Sanitary Board at 304-797-8550. We will need your name, address, phone number & the size of your pool. You will receive a credit on your upcoming bill.

5. When a Boil Order Notice is issued, what should I do?: Do not drink the water without boiling it first. If you live in the affected area listed above bring all water to a boil, let it boil for one minute, and let it cool before using, or use bottled water. Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, bathing, and food preparation until further notice. Boiling kills bacteria and other organisms in the water. Disinfection will be verified as soon as possible and the boil water notice will be lifted through local media notification.
