Per Section 912.04(G)(2) of the City of Weirton Code of Ordinances, 80% of the landowners of the lots on a street must sign a Petition in favor of a name change. To facilitate this, a form will be created and maintained in the Mayor’s office for Vermont Street landowners/residents to sign in support of this name change. If you are a Vermont Street landowner/resident, please come to the Mayor’s office with identification and proof of your residency or land ownership to sign this Petition.
