All utility bills are due upon receipt. The customer has 20 days to pay the bill before penalties post. On the 21st day, penalties post for Water and Sewer amounts. Also on the 21st day delinquency letters are generated and sent by U.S. mail. The customer has 10 days from the date on the delinquency letter to pay the bill. On the 11th day after the delinquency letter date the water service is terminated.
